INGREDIENTS
1⁄2 cup light olive oil
1⁄2 cup balsamic vinegar
DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients in a jar with a tight lid.
Shake to combine then again just before using.
Great uplifting dressing for a summer salad on the porch!
Do not refrigerate because the olive oil will seize. Use within one week.
